“Starting at 06:30, the Absa RYC WARM UP RUN #2 powered by PUMA NITRO is the perfect ‘active start’ to the weekend,” says Michael Meyer, Managing Director of Stillwater Sports and Founder of the Absa RYC Series. “The WARM UP RUN is free of charge and open to all runners in the Cape Town area. Runners are invited to catch up with the RYC Event Organizing Team and Running Community over a 5km walk, jog or sprint. The aim of the WARM UP RUN is to get people moving while creating excitement for the upcoming Absa RYC CAPE TOWN 10K that will take place in the Mother City on Sunday 15 May 2022.”
