We have good news for our loyal runners who would like to take part in all five events (Absa RYC Series – Absa RUN YOUR CITY GQEBERHA 10K, Absa RUN YOUR CITY CAPE TOWN 10K, Absa RUN YOUR CITY DURBAN 10K, Absa RUN YOUR CITY TSHWANE 10K, Absa RUN YOUR CITY JOBURG 10K). We are offering you a spectacular event series and sponsor hamper, as well as, all the special offerings and add-ons at the final event on 24 September 2023.
1.1. All entry fees for the Event are non-refundable and non-transferable under all circumstances permitted in law, including, but not limited to, cancellation of the Event for any reason or Your withdrawal of Your participation in the Event, or change in the date, nature, or format of the Event.
1.2. You acknowledge that the Event may be cancelled or changed due to government directives, severe weather or any other factors that may be deemed to threaten the safety of participants as determined by the Event organiser in its sole discretion.
1.3. The Event organiser reserves the right to refuse any entry or cancel any entry to the Event. In the event that Your entry is cancelled by the Event organiser, You will be refunded Your entry fee.
